8:00 bus time (arrive by at least 7:45)
bring uniform, money, water, change of clothes
Weekend running
On your own-This is the time of the season to run on the weekends.
The extra running will separate you from the others.
It will also make running more comfortable. Rest if injured, sick,
or new.
