year high school cross country runner. Son of Richard and Ava

As a freshman, William came into the season with junior high running
experience. William also dedicated himself to running 300 miles
in the summer before his
freshman year. William earned a medal in the Springfield
Invitational by placing 12th in the freshman race with a personal best
2 mile time of 11:49.
William earned his varsity letter as a freshman. William
ran
a lifetime best at the Peoria Notre Dame invitational with a 18:29.
William made his way onto the
News-Gazette
prep cross country leaders in September and Ocobter. William won
our team's fastest freshman award for the 2011 season. |
