| Brian was a 2017 Mahomet-Seymour
High School Boys Cross Country Hall of Fame Inductee. Brian ran during the 1987, 1988 and 1989 seasons. Brian was captain of his team his senior year. Brian was runner up in the triangular meet against Catlin and Westville in 1989. Brian was the meet champion of the #7 race at the 1987 Chrisman Cowchip Classic. He was the meet champion of the #2 race at the 1989 Chrisman Cowchip Classic. Brian was on the All-Regional (top 5) team his sophomore year. He placed 5th as a sophomore. He was in the top ten at the Regional meet as a junior when he placed 8th. He helped his team win the regional three years in a row (1987, 1988, and 1989). Brian was a three time State qualifier (1987, 1988, and 1989). He placed 75th in 1987 as a sophomore. He placed 49th in 1988 as a junior. He placed 73rd in 1989 as a senior. He helped his team to qualify for State for three years in a row. They placed 10th, 11th, and 14th. Brian went on to coach track at Centennial High School |
